Pick audience, placement and budget. If you have a limited budget, you can set the ad to run for 1 day at $1 a day.
Pick the video from your library that you would like to add captions to, then click "Add Captions"
Note: Facebook will automatically fill in the captions, but they are NEVER perfect. Make sure you go through these and make edits! Usually takes a few minutes but makes a big impact.
